The Program Coordinator for ESOL and Foreign Languages is also expected to recruit, advise and retain students in these areas; select appropriate part-time instructors; schedule the program courses; hire and evaluate faculty; establish and cultivate partnerships with local organizations and employers; arrange and supervise internships; assess and improve the program; and other such duties as may be appropriately assigned to a Program Coordinator in accordance within the contract hours and with regard to the collective bargaining agreement.
