li>Actively educates in Essentials courses, HR Education Sessions, and other meetings on various HR-related topics; partners with Learning and Development, Compliance, and other teams to ensure appropriate completion of annual required trainings;
Recommends new approaches and procedures to continuously improve the department and service;
Stays current on employment law and labor relations' changes across applicable states/territories;
Utilizes company and external websites to include: HUB, Workday, Ethics Point, Case Builder, FMLA Source, and any others as required;
Actively reviews and responds to inquiries to the HR Inbox as scheduled and maintains a 24-hour response time to direct communications from team members, leaders, including those within the HR Support team;
