You will be highly involved in the day-to-day activities of the business development representatives, including setting goals, tracking performance metrics, and providing training and support, and work collaboratively with the Head of Business Development to set strategy and goals for the business development organization.

- Engage potential new customers and qualify them for fit within ABS's core offerings.
What You'll Do
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at ABS, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new customers, focusing on those with potential annual spend of at least twenty-five thousand dollars in our core product categories.
Your core responsibility will be helping to source and schedule meetings for the business development team, whether through setting meetings through a high volume of outbound outreach, helping to prospect within existing clients, qualifying inbound leads, and managing conferences, events and lead lists oftentimes working independently while managing multiple initiatives.
