    Job Title: Temporary Administrative Coordinator
    Job Type: Contract (~4 week assignment)
    Job Salary: $23.50/hour
    Job Schedule: M-F, 40 hrs/week
    Job Location: Houston, TX 77002
    Pre-Employment Requirements: Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and any applicable assessments

    About the Opportunity

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Temporary Administrative Coordinator to support a Human Resources team with a short-term records and data management project. This assignment is expected to last approximately four weeks, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

    This role is ideal for an administrative professional who excels at organization, accuracy, and maintaining confidential information. While the position supports the HR team, it is focused on administrative functions rather than HR management or employee relations responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Organize, review, and maintain personnel files
    • Perform accurate data entry and records management tasks
    • Ensure documentation is filed correctly and in accordance with established procedures
    • Support HR staff with administrative and project-related activities
    • Verify records for completeness and accuracy
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
    • Follow established processes and guidelines while meeting project deadlines


    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Previous administrative, clerical, records management, or office support experience
    • Strong computer and data entry skills
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to organize and manage large volumes of documentation
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    • Comfortable working independently and following established procedures

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with personnel records or confidential files
    • Experience supporting HR, payroll, or administrative teams
