Senior Legal Counsel- CP&ESG North America
Hybrid Role- Must be able to attend meetings and/or conferences onsite as needed. Preferred ofce locations are: New York, Chicago, Tampa and Atlanta. We will consider candidates who reside near other Wolters Kluwer ofces.
About the role
The Senior Legal Counsel of CP&ESG within the Global Law and Compliance Department (GLCD) will support primarily the Tagetik business unit in North America, with possible support to TeamMate and Corporate Tax business units in the same region, as needed. The role will collaborate with business and legal leaders to reach decisions that support the organization's objectives. The individual in this position will be a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and expert legal support. The position reports to the Managing Legal Counsel for TeamMate and Corporate Tax, also based in North America.

Compensation:
$128,900.00 - $226,050.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
