Description

Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to leaders, teams, and business functions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for leaders and team members
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, distribute materials, and document action items as needed
  • Screen and prioritize communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
  • Assist with expense reports, invoice processing, and budget tracking
  • Coordinate office operations, events, and team activities
  • Support onboarding activities and administrative processes for new employees
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, vendors, and external partners
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency
  • Support special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of administrative, executive support, or office management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize competing deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level personnel
  • Experience with expense management, travel coordination, and event planning
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Workday, Concur, or similar business systems
  • Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
