What We're Looking For3+ years of restaurant management experience in an upscale or fine dining environment.Strong knowledge of food, wine, beverage service, and guest experience standards.Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive operational excellence.Experience with cost control, inventory management, scheduling, and payroll processes.Excellent communication skills and proficiency with restaurant POS and Microsoft Office applications.ScheduleWednesday through Sunday: Daytime serviceOne specialty dinner service per month, typically the first ThursdayApply today and bring your leadership, hospitality, and passion for exceptional dining to The Kitchen @ MCASD.
