Join a dynamic, market-facing team in a key support role within Solar Turbines' Power Generation division. Provide direct support to an executive and broad leadership team, and work across the organization to organize, plan, and manage key functions from customer engagement to meetings & travel and events

What you will do:

• Coordinating and responding to business correspondence, meetings, travel, and the internal & external customer engagement for senior staff.
• Preparing, organizing, and distributing communications, meeting minutes and presentations for staff.
• Facilitating domestic and international travel arrangements; assisting in payments, expense processing, and charge card reconciliation.
• Event coordination including all aspects of accommodation, entertainment, travel, and budgeting for both small and large-scale company internal & external events.

What you will have:

Degree or equivalent experience desired

• Accurately gauges the impact and cost of errors, omissions, and oversights.
• Develops and uses checklists to ensure that information goes out error-free.

Summary Pay Range:

$55,840.00 - $83,760.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
