Job Description:
This is a hands-on position;candidate will be assisting with hospitality/event setups (food/beverage);coordinate incoming requests with onsite staff. Secondary responsibilities with office services related tasks such as printing/copying/scanning, sending out overnight packages, and regular mail. Personnel that have experience in the hospitality industry, previously worked at a law firm and customer service oriented. There is no extensive lifting, standing, or walking. No special equipment besides the copiers.
Dress Code: Business casual
No free parking is available at the location, and parking is not reimbursed. The staff takes the trolley near the office.
