Description

Duration: 0 to 1 month of contract
Shift Time: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, 1 hour lunch

Responsibilities:

This customer will require a meet-and-greet with their management team as part of the interview process.
Experience in a Customer Service environment
Candidate should have a positive outgoing attitude.
Must be familiar with MS O365 Suite - Proficient in Outlook - Email, Calendarizing. As well as Intermediate Skill level in Word, Excel, and PPT.

Duties include:

Answering and transferring calls
Greeting and badging visitors
Using Easy Lobby to manage visitors
Comfortable representing the customer’s brand through exceptional service
