Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive student assistant to join our administrative team. This position provides critical day-to-day office support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional customer service skills, thrives while multitasking, and excels at handling high-volume communication across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages high-volume incoming phone calls and respond promptly to a large volume of daily email inquiries with professionalism and accurate information
  • Assists with creating, scheduling, and managing engaging content across departmental social media channels
  • Clean up, digitalize, and organize physical and electronic files; maintain a tidy, welcoming, and efficient office environment.
  • Crosstrain in various administrative duties to support team operations as needs evolve
  • Utilizes Microsoft Office Suite to draft documents, maintain spreadsheets, and build presentations; learn and adapt to proprietary campus software systems as required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness and capability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally
  • Highly reliable, punctual, flexible, and adaptable to shifting daily priorities
  • Strong multitasking abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and absolute commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must be currently enrolled in courses with the ability to commit to 15-20 hours per week during regular office hours
