    Legal Administrative Supervisor – Corporate Practice Group

    Cleveland, OH

    A leading Cleveland law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and workflow of its Corporate practice group. This role manages a team of 6 LegalAdministrative Assistants, ensuring balanced workloads, smooth processes, and consistent, high‐quality support for attorneys and paralegals.


    The ideal candidate is a hands‐on leader who understands corporate/transactional legal work and thrives in a fast‐paced, team‐oriented environment.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee workflow, job assignments, and daily operations for 6 Legal Administrative Assistants
    • Monitor workloads, identify bottlenecks, and reassign tasks to maintain efficiency
    • Provide hands‐on support when needed, including document preparation, filings, and administrative tasks
    • Partner closely with attorneys and paralegals to ensure timely, accurate support
    • Train, mentor, and onboard administrative team members
    • Support performance processes, including feedback, quality review, and documentation
    • Maintain consistency in administrative standards, procedures, and best practices
    • Foster a collaborative, professional, and service‐focused team culture


    Qualifications

    • Several years of experience as a Corporate Legal Administrative Assistant or Senior Legal Admin
    • Prior experience overseeing workflow or leading administrative staff strongly preferred
    • Strong understanding of corporate/transactional legal documents and processes
    • Excellent communication, organization, and problem‐solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
    • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
