Industry Registration Administrative Assistant
A nonprofit organization located in Bay Ho, San Diego is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Industry Registration Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative operations and registration processes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and able to communicate effectively with internal staff, industry partners, and community members.
Job Duties:
Process and maintain industry registration applications and records
Respond to phone calls, emails, and general inquiries in a professional manner
Verify documents and ensure accuracy of submitted information
Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications
Enter and update data within internal databases and tracking systems
Prepare correspondence, reports, and administrative documents
Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing confidential records
Support onboarding and registration coordination activities
Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met
Provide general administrative support to management and staff
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
Experience working in a nonprofit environment is a plus
Position Details:
Contract to hire role
Located onsite in Bay Ho, San Diego
Full-time hours, Monday through Friday, occasional overtime
9:00am-5:30pm PST
Compensation: $22.90 per hour
