Front Desk Administrative Assistant
Location: Valley Center, CA
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Valley Center. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
Maintain office supplies and coordinate supply orders as needed
Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents
Provide administrative support to multiple departments
Assist with customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of requests
Maintain accurate records and confidential information
Support special projects and general office operations as assigned
Qualifications
2+ years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with multi-line phone systems
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Position Details
Contract to hire role
Onsite work in Valley Center, San Diego
Full-time hours, Monday through Friday
Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm PST
Compensation: $22.00-$24.00 per hour DOE
Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
