    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

    • Coordinate employee travel, deployment preparation, and expense report processing activities.
    • Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation.
    • Review and process expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
    • Maintain and update confidential travel, expense, and deployment records.
    • Track and communicate the status of travel plans, expense submissions, and deployment readiness.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
    • Support deployment readiness efforts, including documentation review and checklist tracking.
    • Follow established safety standards and operating procedures.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    • Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two or more years experience in a field related to the specialized functional area or unit where assigned.

    • The ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
    • The ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • The ability to identify issues and solve routine problems.
    • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Proficiency in standard computer systems.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance is required.
