Administrative Assistant - Serra Mesa, San Diego, CA
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Serra Mesa, San Diego. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations by providing administrative assistance to multiple departments while ensuring a professional and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and greet visitors
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents
Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems
Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Process invoices and assist with expense reporting
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
Support special projects and provide general administrative assistance as needed
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Qualifications
Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
Professional, dependable, and customer service focused
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Assignment Details:
Contract to hire role
Onsite role
Located in Serra Mesa, San Diego
Compensation: $22.00-$28.00 per hour DOE
Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
