Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Provide backup front desk coverage, serving as a professional first point of contact for visitors.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and filing.
  • Coordinate and support special projects and events as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or similar professional role.
  • Experience within the real estate or property management industry preferred.
  • Bachelors degree highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Additional Details:

  • Pay: $25-$27/hour. Based on experience.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, fully onsite
