Administrative Assistant – Serra Mesa, San Diego, CA LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Serra Mesa, San Diego. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations by providing administrative assistance to multiple departments while ensuring a professional and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and greet visitors
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems
  • Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Process invoices and assist with expense reporting
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
  • Support special projects and provide general administrative assistance as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
