This full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Orlando supports engineering and administrative staff by preparing technical reports, proposals, invoices, and managing office operations.
- Responsibilities include formatting complex documents in Word, creating Excel spreadsheets, coordinating meetings and travel, and maintaining filing systems.
- Qualifications require at least 3 years of administrative experience, high typing accuracy (50+ WPM), proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe PDF, and experience with technical document production.
- Preferred candidates have experience in engineering, architecture, or construction environments.
- The role involves regular computer use, physical tasks like lifting, and working in a standard office environment. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional overtime.
