Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant III provides comprehensive administrative support to business operations by coordinating office activities, maintaining records, managing communications, and assisting with reporting, scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting logistics. This individual serves as a key administrative resource within a Shared Services team, ensuring information is accurate, organized, and delivered in a timely manner to support operational efficiency and informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers and business teams
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, conference rooms, and meeting logistics
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and scheduling
  • Track action items, records, and departmental documentation
  • Support internal communications and respond to administrative requests
  • Coordinate office activities and help ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information
  • Provide general administrative support wherever needed to help the team achieve business objectives
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Previous administrative support experience in a professional office environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Dependable, proactive, and adaptable with a strong customer service mindset
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to assist wherever needed
