Administrative Assistant II

Location: Mission Valley, San Diego, CA LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant II to join our client's team in Mission Valley. This position is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in afast-paced office environment and enjoys providing administrative support to multiple departments. The Administrative Assistant II will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day office operations. This role will serve as a key point of contact for internal staff, clients, and vendors while ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Position Overview:

  • Provide administrative support to managers and multiple departments
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal staff, clients, and vendors

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
  • Order office supplies and assist with office organization
  • Track projects, deadlines, and departmental activities
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Support special projects and administrative initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative support experience
  • Previous experience supporting managers, executives, or multiple departments preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills

Assignment Details:

  • Contract to hire role
  • Onsite role
  • Located in Mission Valley, San Diego, CA
  • Compensation: $22.00-$29.00 per hour DOE
  • Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
