    Administrative Assistant

    Remote | Flexible Schedule | Training Provided

    About the Position

    We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to support daily administrative and client-facing tasks in a remote environment.

    As an Administrative Assistant, you'll help keep schedules, records, communication, and follow-up organized so day-to-day operations stay on track. Depending on the assignment, you may also assist with reservation details, planning information, or other coordination-related tasks.

    This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities independently.

    Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

    What You'll Handle

    • Organize client information and digital records
    • Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and appointments
    • Track deadlines, updates, and follow-up items
    • Respond to routine client requests
    • Assist with research and information gathering
    • Update records as details change
    • Support general administrative and coordination needs
    • Help organize select reservation or planning details
    • Review information for accuracy and completeness
