The Administrative Assistant supports daily operations of the PBL pathway, assisting the PBL Director and Faculty.
- Promotes the institution's mission and maintains professional communication with students, faculty, and staff.
- Manages PBL case documentation, coordinates examinations, and assists with exam materials and facilitator feedback.
- Supports special events, covers receptionist duties, proctors exams, and acts as a departmental representative.
- Ensures confidentiality, maintains records, and participates in institutional activities, including fundraising and community outreach.
- Performs administrative tasks using MS Office, exhibits strong organizational skills, and works independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Requires a high school diploma or GED, with 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
