Administrative Assistant needed for our government client in Downtown Baltimore. The Administrative Assistant will provide email, phone and order entry support. One year contract position with possible extension. The non-negotiable pay rate is $15.00 per hour.
Essential Duties:
- Create emails to clients using mail merge.
- Tracking invoices, and managing budget.
- Create new databases via data entry and setting up new projects.
- Answering phones and providing reliable customer service.
- Research data in the corresponding system to resolve customer issues according to policies and procedures.
- Assist with customer inquiries, requests and refunds.
Qualifications:
- At least six months of Administrative/clerial experience with good attention to detail skills is required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Type at least 40 wpm.
- Must be able to work from 8:00 am-4:30 pm Monday through Friday with a 30 minute non paid lunch.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
