Role Description / Areas of responsibility:

  • Provide support to a senior MD of Sales and 4-5 of his direct reports
  • Calendar Management
  • Expense reporting
  • International and Domestic Travel Arrangements
  • Screening calls, act as gatekeeper
  • Meeting/Event logistics coordination
  • Filing, faxing and any ad hoc projects assigned

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

  • 2-3 years of Administrative Experience within Financial Services, preferably on a Trading Floor supporting a larger team.
  • BA Required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual Japanese is preferred but not required
