Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the Division Chiefs of Cornea & Uveitis and Retina, provides high-level administrative and academic support to advance divisional goals and support fellowship training programs. Responsibilities include assisting the Vice Chair for Academics with faculty appointment, advancement, and promotion materials; preparing presentations and meeting minutes; coordinating meetings; researching topics aligned with the academic mission; and supporting event planning initiatives. The role also involves developing and managing clinic schedules for faculty, fellows, and residents; supporting the Division Chief of Retina by liaising with the Care Connect development team and assisting with enhancement and quality improvement projects, including data collection, analysis coordination with HIMS, and progress tracking. Additional duties include coordinating CME activities; collaborating with the Development Office to support donor engagement; and scheduling meetings related to divisional, quality improvement, research, and development initiatives.

Salary Range: $32.20 - 51.36 Hourly
