Frequent exposure to disability disorders in clients; occasional emergency situation; occasional exposure to trauma; constant client contact and decision making; constant concentration required when working with clients.This role assists with maintaining accurate project records, coordinating meetings and communications, tracking schedules and budgets, updating capital planning systems, and supporting timely follow-up with internal stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and contractors. The position helps ensure that campus planning and facilities projects are organized, documented, and communicated effectively in support of Mid-Pacific’s capital planning, deferred maintenance, sustainability, and campus improvement priorities.

The Sex Abuse Treatment Center (SATC) of the Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children is a statewide program established in 1976 in response to the communitys concern over the absence of medical, psychological, and legal support services for victims and the absence of police reporting.
The hospital is home to the Kapiolani Womens Center and the Womens Cancer Center, and offers numerous community programs and services, such as specialty pediatric clinics, the Kapiolani Child Protection Center and the Sex Abuse Treatment Center. Reporting to the Clinical Research Program Manager (or local Hospital Administrator/Clinic Director) and collaborating with the Research Programs Office at SHC International Headquarters, the CRC provides support in accordance with SHC policies and procedures, hospital regulations, the Code of Federal Regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, when applicable. The CRC works collaboratively with investigators, research staff, and clinical teams to ethically recruit and consent Shriners Children’s vulnerable pediatric research participants and to appropriately collect, manage, and safeguard research data.
