p>The Driver Training Center Coordinator plays a crucial role in shaping the safety and efficiency of our transportation operations by designing, executing, and managing thorough training initiatives for all personnel involved in passenger vehicle transportation and operation. If not currently a commercial license holder, the successful applicant must obtain, at a minimum, a Hawaii Commercial Class B driver's license with air brakes, passenger, and student endorsements within the 6-month probationary period.

The housing coordinator will work with local housing resources, non-profit and for-profit housing providers, and other agencies to develop housing resources necessary for moving individuals from the streets and shelters into permanent housing and ensuring successful transition and community tenure of people leaving nursing facilities and other institutional settings. Outcomes of this initiative include the development of a scalable and sustainable housing referral and support program, increased number of individuals placed in affordable, independent housing and the provision of supportive services that will enable these individuals to remain in stable housing.

Every day, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound rental and inside sales by phone and walk-in business, providing outstanding customer service, processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, recording daily activity in detail to ensure timely follow-up on all future customer requests and more!

As our Rental Coordinator, you will be in a dynamic, multi-faceted role that serves as our customers’ primary point of contact and ensures our customers have a great experience when renting equipment from Pape’.

Reporting to the Clinical Research Program Manager (or local Hospital Administrator/Clinic Director) and collaborating with the Research Programs Office at SHC International Headquarters, the CRC provides support in accordance with SHC policies and procedures, hospital regulations, the Code of Federal Regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, when applicable.

The CRC works collaboratively with investigators, research staff, and clinical teams to ethically recruit and consent Shriners Children's vulnerable pediatric research participants and to appropriately collect, manage, and safeguard research data.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Possession of a baccalaureate degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Education, or related field and three years (3) years of progressively responsible professional experience with responsibilities in program administration of research or educational activities or any equivalent combination of education and/ or professional work experience which provides the required education, knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated.

Four years of specialized experience (education in a related field may be substituted for experience) that demonstrates skill to serve as a Training, Education and Outreach Specialist to develop and maintain the EFMP Outreach Program Plan which includes coordinating awareness, education and resources, and linking eligible exceptional family members and their families with a variety of support services and resources. Develops a robust, consolidated portfolio of all local, state and federal support services that align with the needs of EFMP customers within the installations geographical area of coverage such as, but not limited to: Family Advocacy Program, financial assistance, medical care facilities and services and command resources.

p>COMMUNICATION DEMANDS:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Direct supervision of the Group Exercise program: identify program needs; research new class formats to offer; schedule & supervise instructors; coordinate class schedules; mentor and evaluate instructors; assess and grow member satisfaction and retention.

Knowledge of learning and recreational activities and services, of participants interests and needs, and the methods and processes involved in a School Age Care program, which enables me to effectively plan and conduct an enhanced variety of youth activities and services to meet specific needs of the base community.

p>COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: -- Courses equivalent to a major in child or youth development, family studies, or an equivalent field of study, plus appropriate experience or additional course work that provided knowledge comparable to that normally acquired through the successful completion of the 4-year course of study in the field of child or youth development or family studies.
