Primary responsibilities include monitoring and responding to customer inquiries, questions and reports, supporting Sales Directors in managing and expanding customer relationships within an assigned territory, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, and partnering with internal teams to ensure all client needs are met with a high level of service and expertise.
