Job Summary

A customer-facing technical partner responsible for delivering clear, accurate, and reliable thermal and power system solutions. This role involves close collaboration with customers, sales, engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from initial inquiry through order fulfillment. Success in this role is achieved by combining technical expertise with strong communication, responsiveness, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, translating customer needs into effective thermal and/or power system solutions.
  • Partner with sales teams to guide customers through technical decisions with clarity and confidence.
  • Prepare accurate technical drawings, submittals, and documentation to support efficient approvals and execution.
  • Provide timely technical support before and after the sale, ensuring customers feel supported throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to confirm specifications and resolve issues proactively.
  • Maintain accurate project records, quotes, and documentation to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Support order management, troubleshooting, and service coordination as needed.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and communication to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in a technical, sales support, or customer-facing engineering role preferred.
  • Familiarity with HVAC, thermal, or power systems is a plus.
  • Strong technical aptitude with attention to detail.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A professional, customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering great experiences.

Additional Details

  • Occasional travel (up to 10%) may be required.
