Ensure that the school schedule is developed in a manner that allows for the implementation of academic interventions and progress monitoring cycles Work collaboratively with faculty and staff at the Jackson School, and in concert with the Wood School principal, faculty, and staff to fully embrace and contribute to the PK-6 experience Identify productive means of communication with the faculty and staff to ensure clarity, to determine shared goals, and to ensure collective productivity on behalf of students. School Culture & Climate: Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and respectful school environment where all students feel safe, supported, and valued Lead and coordinate the school's efforts to support the behavioral, social, and emotional needs for all students, using a multi-tiered system of supports for guidance and participating in the expansion of the school's commitment to a whole child review process Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high expectations for all.
