p>• Support the team with order processing, delivery coordination, and client follow-up • Help maintain the store's visual presentation and product displays • Assist with inventory of marketing materials, swatches, and office supplies • Learn about our products and design principles through training and team meetings • Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide helpful, friendly service. • Interest in design, retail, or customer service • Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required • Comfortable using Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Gmail, and navigating websites • Willingness to learn systems like salesforce and design software (we'll train you!)
