The Senior Director of the Exceptional Childrens Program provides leadership to the local educational agency programs for exceptional childrens programs. Supervise the Exceptional Childrens support team, inclusive of the Compliance Specialists, Behavior Specialist, EC Pre-K Coordinator, Pre-School Coordinator, and other staff.
Training and Development: • Facilitate design and delivery of training tailored new systems, processes, or roles using classroom sessions, e-learning, job aids, and ongoing support to facilitate adoption. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: • Design and implement communication plans to engage stakeholders, using presentations, written materials, and events to foster awareness and support across employees, leadership and other stakeholders.
