li>Participate in and contribute to residency and fellowship special projects and events, such as: recruitment and orientation, year-end graduation receptions and dinners, Grand Rounds, retreats, Scholars/Research Day, Department committees/task forces, and in-service training exams as needed to represent the needs and perspective of the Residency and Fellowship programs. Medical Education Programs Coordinators (MEPCs) participate in the planning, preparation, and implementation of programs, daily operations, and educational activities for small to medium sized programs, and as a result, they operate with additional authority, independence, or level of complexity.
