Leadership & Ownership • Manage bakery operations independently in the absence of the BOM • Model urgency, accountability, and operational discipline • Partner with BOM and Area leadership to identify operational gaps and implement solutions • Maintain continuity of operations during leadership transitions or staffing shortages • Other duties as assigned.
