Position SummaryThe Program Manager provides operational oversight of direct care staff and assists in the coordination of residential and/or community services for individuals with traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions. This position partners closely with leadership to support staffing, training, compliance, scheduling, and quality outcomes.

Position SummaryThe Program Manager provides operational oversight of direct care staff and assists in the coordination of residential and/or community services for individuals with traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions. This position partners closely with leadership to support staffing, training, compliance, scheduling, and quality outcomes.Salary$65,000 - $95,000 annually Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support direct care staff operationsAssist with scheduling and staffing coordination to ensure appropriate coverageConduct routine staff coaching, training, and performance monitoringSupport onboarding and orientation of new employeesEnsure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and program standardsMonitor documentation completion and operational workflowsAssist with incident follow-up, corrective actions, and service quality improvementPromote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and person-centered careCollaborate with nursing, therapy, HR, and executive leadership teamsParticipate in audits, inspections, and operational reviewsAddress employee concerns and assist with conflict resolutionMaintain a safe and supportive environment for persons served and staffSupport continuous improvement initiatives and operational standardizationPerform other duties as assigned QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience consideredMinimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experienceExperience with ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) populationsExperience in healthcare, behavioral health, rehabilitation, residential services, or human services preferredStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of staffing coordination and employee supervisionProficient in Microsoft Office and electronic systemsValid driver's license and acceptable driving record required Physical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds as neededAbility to travel between program locations as necessaryMay have exposure to biohazardous materials and healthcare environmentsAbility to safely operate a motor vehicleBenefitsNeuLife Rehabilitation offers a comprehensive benefits package which may include:Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and floating holidays401(k)Professional development opportunities NeuLife Rehabilitation is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace.
