ul>Perform pre-award acquisition activities, including acquisition planning, market research, development of procurement strategies, and coordination with engineering, construction, operations, maintenance, transportation, natural resources, and other program areas to develop solicitations, statements of work, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations for Bids (IFBs). Reporting to the Supervisory Contracting Officer, the Contract Specialist performs a wide range of pre-award and post-award contracting functions involving construction, professional services, maintenance, natural resources, parking, shuttle, transportation, and task order contracts.
