Skills Required: Lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Leadership, Manufacturing Processes, Communications Skills Preferred: Corrective And Preventive Action (CAPA), Quality Control, Client powertrain, Six Sigma Methodology Experience Required: Education: High School Diploma Experience: 5+ yrs of related experience Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership in ONE Client (leadership) behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills Experience Preferred: o Hypoid Bevel gpear process understanding (blanking, milling, grinding, heat treat, shot peening, lapping) o Quality Assessment tools (QDAS, Minitab) o Klingelnburg P40 & Gleason Nano Gear CMM o Effective oral and written communication skills o Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience o 8D and 5Why corrective action and problem solving skills o Lean Tools – 5S, Kanban, Poka-yoke, and Value Stream Mapping o DMAIC and DMADV (DFSS) Project Methodology experience o FMEA, PPAP, and DOEs experience Education Required: High School Diploma / GED Education Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Additional Information: Fully onsite. You will work jointly with the headquarters launch team and their suppliers to assure the incoming manufacturing line is successfully delivered for all key business metrics for long-term success of Client.
