Specific areas of responsibility (in collaboration with health system leadership) include budgeting, material procurement, coding, billing, accounts receivable/compliance management, accounting, marketing, development, human resources, operations/planning, patient flow processes, information systems, communications, and facilities. Demonstrated communications and analytical skills required - including, but not limited to, professional billing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial management, personnel management, team building, and appropriate interpersonal skills.
