Vertiv is looking for two Senior HRBP's to serve as dedicated partners and consultants to the client group leadership teams, one within Infrastructure Solutions and Switchgear & Busway in Greenville, and the other supporting the manufacturing plant in Pelzer. Human Resources Business Partner (Regional HR Manager)This position is responsible for being a Strategic Business Partner with the Regional Manager (RM), District Managers (DM) and field operations teams in order to provide a broad range of support including employee relations, performance management, recruiting, compensation, coaching, counseling, training, and succession planning. Proactively develops business partner relationships with the RM, DMs, store management and support representatives for which he or she supports (each HRBP supports approximately 175-200 pawn shops and 1,000+ employees).

What you'll be doing: Perform in the following areas of the Stockroom Department: Order Picking, Garment Grading, Inventory Stocking, Emblem Processing and Sewing, Merchandise Receiving, Inventory, and Garment Alterations. About the Role: Objective of the Position: This position is responsible for providing professional HR guidance, analysis, and administration in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, training, recruiting, employee relations, and benefit programs. Administer all payroll and benefits processes for employees at the corporate office, including but not limited to: benefits orientation/administration; timecard/payroll review/submission, paid time off processes, and FMLA requests.

Manager People Success, Distribution supports Ulta's strategic plan and will act as a business partner to the Director in support of all People Success functions and areas of focus including associate engagement, recruitment, training, compensation, associate relations, management coaching, retention, recognition, performance management and legal compliance. Ensures management of recruiting process from beginning to end for non-exempt associates including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer letters, new hire orientation and processing new hire paperwork and collaborates with corporate TA on all exempt hiring needs.
