Essential Job Functions:Facilitate network-level enrollment outreach initiatives including phone banking, referral calls, door-to-door canvassing, flyering at businesses and daycares, tabling at community events, and supporting school-based enrollment events with the goal of recruiting new students and retaining current Mastery students at priority schools. Other Job Functions:Represent Mastery Charter Schools as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador communicating the organization’s mission, school highlights, and student/family value proposition to the broader community.
