What You’ll Be Doing:Support the end-to-end handling of investments, from initial booking through settlement and ongoing lifecycle activityHelp manage operational aspects of privately negotiated transactions, including documentation review, funding coordination, and tracking of key deal terms over timeMaintain accurate records across internal systems and ensure investment data is consistently updatedMonitor cash activity and assist with funding requirements related to new and existing positionsAct as a point of contact between internal teams and external partners such as administrators, agents, and service providersAssist with ongoing changes to investments, including amendments, restructurings, and other event-driven updatesContribute to operational processes tied to a broader investment portfolio, including tracking activity such as capital movements and distributionsPartner with colleagues across teams to identify ways to improve workflows, reduce risk, and enhance controlsSupport onboarding processes for new relationships, accounts, or initiatives, including coordination with compliance and external parties. Background & Experience:Bachelor’s degree required 3+ years of experience in finance, operations, fund administration, or a related fieldFamiliarity with credit-oriented or privately structured investments is helpfulStrong Excel skills and ability to analyze and reconcile financial dataEffective communicator, comfortable working across teams and with external stakeholdersAble to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracyExposure to investment systems or platforms is a plus.
