Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs including compensation, benefits, time off and leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations; performance management, productivity, recognition and morale; occupational health and safety, workers’ compensation; training and development including staff credentials. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing expertise and leadership in the planning and execution of daily human resources operations, including, but not limited to recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, compliance, recordkeeping, compensation and benefits administration.
