We're looking for Customer Care Specialists to join our Customer Care team and deliver a standout service to our customers who contact us by telephone or online.

We have multiple Part-Time positions available across morning and afternoon shifts. If you're looking for a part-time role that provides flexibility then this could be the role for you.

Working part-time on 20 hours per week, you'll work shifts within our Customer Care operating hours of 8am to 7pm on weekdays and 8.30am to 4pm on Saturdays.

The shifts will be on a weekly rotating basis, and could include (for example):

8am-12pm

9am-1pm

3pm-7pm

Shifts will be published no later than one calendar month in advance so you can make any necessary arrangements.
