p>Bachelors degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or related discipline with five years of experience in public works administration and the planning, design, construction and maintenance of stormwater management systems or related experience required; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. LANGUAGE ABILITY: Requires the ability to read a variety of engineering publications particularly related to hydrology, hydraulic, transportation and roadway construction, invoices, drainage reports, project schedules, construction plans, roadway encroachment permits, driveway permits, and informational documentation, directions, instructions, and methods and procedures.
