p>⢠Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field ⢠Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in human resources, including at least one (1) year performing labor relations responsibilities such as grievance administration, contract interpretation, collective bargaining support, or disciplinary proceedings. Performs a wide range of advanced professional and technical Human Resources and Labor Relations duties, including classification, recruitment and selection, employee training, Workers' Compensation and benefits, employee relations, personnel policies, and labor relations, while maintaining documentation related to these activities.
