In compliance with DHS, Office of Personnel Management, and National Finance Center (NFC) rules and procedures, processes recruitments, Career Ladder Promotions, Changes to Lower Grades, Separations, Retirements, Details, Temporary Promotions (TPRO), Law Enforcement Availability Pay (LEAP), Administratively Uncontrollable Overtime (AUO), Reassignments, Removals, Suspensions, Awards, Cash Awards, Time Off Awards, Quality Step Increase, etc. Responds to customer issues relating to Personnel processing, reviews customer requests and inquiries and issues appropriate guidance, assesses customer needs, analyzes issues, and provides appropriate solutions through knowledge application of human resources systems and functional areas.
