Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service certification is a plus.
-Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Proficiency in computer systems, including hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
