In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of legal matters including general healthcare issues, contract negotiations, commercial transactions, IT and data use matters, AI-related issues, clinical service arrangements, physician practice acquisitions, HIPAA and privacy issues, corporate governance and structuring, regulatory compliance, intellectual property matters, and patient care issues. Montefiore is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to serve in its Office of Legal Affairs to provide legal advice and assistance across the organization to all levels of Montefiore associates including directors, administrators, clinicians, and senior executives.
