Responsibilities Receive, sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail and packages from USPS, FedEx, Amazon, and other carriers Place student mail into designated mailboxes and hold packages for pickup Operate high-volume copiers, scanners, document imaging systems, and related software Perform copying, binding, finishing, filing, and document handling tasks Open, save, transfer, and manage files using MS Office, email, and document management systems Maintain copier functionality, clear paper jams, and report equipment issues as needed Maintain service logs, meter readings, inventory records, and billing logs Respond to customer service requests and answer questions regarding job status Deliver completed materials to designated locations within and outside the site Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked mailroom and copier areas Assist with shipping, receiving, conference room setup, office moves, light maintenance, and occasional cleaning duties Use bindery and mailroom equipment including paper cutters, hole drillers, shrink-wrap machines, postage meters, stackers, and electric staplers Travel between four worksite locations within walking distance of one anotherRequirements High school diploma or GED required 1 2 years of related mailroom, copy center, office services, or administrative support experience preferred Strong customer service, organizational, mathematical, and filing skills Basic PC, MS Office, email, and document management system knowledge Ability to operate office machines and technical equipment Ability to lift and move items up to 50 55 lbs.
